How it works:

Photo entries should be of one animal and must be appropriate for a family audience. Contest entrants must hold the copyright to the photo submitted and must have permission from all persons appearing in the photo to submit their likeness. Please see the Official Contest Rules for more specific guidelines.
The contest is open to Louisiana residents 18 years of age and older. One entry per household, please.
All approved entries will be eligible to compete in a round of voting.
First Round Voting:
Thursday December 26, 2013 8:00 AM CT - Saturday December 28, 2013 11:59 PM CT
Second Round Voting
Sunday December 29, 2013 8:00 AM CT - Tuesday December 31, 2013 11:59 PM CT
Final Voting Round
Wednesday January 1, 2014 8:00 AM CT- Friday January 3, 2014 11:59 PM CT
The Grand Prize Winner, and two runner-up winners (winners of the second and third most votes) will be determined from this round.
Grand Prize winner, 1 free night stay at Paw Prints beg-n-breakfast boarding, 2 free nail trims, 1-8X10 picture frame, all natural homemade gourmet treats, pet toy, $10 gift card from Pet Express.
First runner-up will receive 1 free night stay at Paw Prints beg-n-breakfast boarding, 1 free nail trim, 1-5X7 pet portrait, all natural homemade gourmet treats, and a pet toy.
Second runner-up will receive 1 nail trim at Paw Prints, 1-5X7 photo, all natural homemade gourmet treats, and a pet toy.
All winners will receive free photo session by Richaux Productions, www.richauxproductions.com.
Will be announced the week of January 6th, 2014. A picture of your Holiday pet will be published in the newspaper and on Houmatoday.com's and Dailycomet.com's website.

voter is permitted to vote multiple times on behalf of others. Any attempt by a contestant to vote more than once per round
will result in disqualification of all activity produced by that voter.
